I worked together with Power Plants, an organic microgreen farm, to develop a brand that emphasized the ways in which our food fuels us. Though small in size, microgreens are powerful and packed with nutrients; they are Power Plants.
Packaging Design
Along with the brand's launch, a series of 13 label designs were created for Power Plants' products; micro peas, radish, sunflower, nasturtium, and many more. The packaging needed to feel recognizable as a vegetable product on grocery store shelves while remaining easily identifiable as the Power Plants brand from a distance.
The product labels were designed with flexibility in mind, with the intention of being easily modifiable for the addition of new products in the future. With 13 different leafy greens to choose from, a colour coding system was implemented to help shoppers quickly identify which type of microgreen they are searching for.
